     Once every quarter in the Good Will Home Office an Employee Appreciation Day
is held where the management staff takes time to recognize not only special achievements
but also the jobs that get done exceptionally well every single day. Obviously the team
concept is paramount in the Home Office because Good Will is a people organization.
The Board of Directors, officers and executive staff know that without competent,
energetic and friendly support in the Home Office, what happens in the field cannot
translate to success and fulfillment for anyone. From Order Entry and Customer Relations to Accounting and Fulfillment, ALL Home Office tasks are essential to the capacity of Good Will to service the accounts currently held on our books while continuing to provide personal support for each
representative in the field.

     We are large enough to automate office procedures
where the latest technology would enhance administrative functions but we are small enough to accommodate customers and field representatives through competent, friendly, personal attention. Our salespeople in the field are our customers too and are treated with the respect and deference their position affords. Because we are in the people business, the personal touch is what we are all about!
