Good Will is in the business of cultivating leaders. Leadership in the Good Will mode is all about learning to serve others and becoming a virtuous individual. We learn to serve others by establishing good relationships with community leaders, by distributing value oriented publications to various targeted recipients and by working with our fellow employees in an ethical and forthright manner. No one in the organization has studied the notion of principled leadership more than the current Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Bob Gallagher.
