Who Is Good Will Publishers, Inc.?

Good Will Publishers, Inc. is a business enterprise started by Edward F. Gallagher and his son, Edward F. Gallagher, Jr. in 1938. It began as a direct sales distributor of gift books and has evolved into one of the most unique sales organizations in the United States. While continuing to retain markets that had been cultivated through the years, in the early 1960’s Good Will began developing a series of unique and dignified public relations programs to sell to selected business leaders and professionals. These unusual programs were designed to enhance the image of the business or professional leader, to generate good will toward their business and to promote traditional values within the community.

Today, Good Will continues to be a leader in its field and operates seven different divisions, some of which are wholesale direct marketing operations and some of which are business-to-business initiatives utilizing the sponsorship marketing methods originated by Good Will. In all divisions the original impetus was to generate good will in communities by distributing value oriented publications to targeted recipients, by enhancing the image of participating sponsors and to provide a livelihood for talented individuals seeking the freedom of running their own business without the attendant administrative obligations. These ideas still form the backdrop for the marketing principles of the organization.
